What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send a photo or fill out the contact form, we collect your name, phone number or email, city or zip code, your message, and any photo you attach. We use it to follow up about your stump job, price it, schedule the work, and connect you with the local contractor who performs it. We don't sell or rent it to third-party lead brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.

Phone calls. The number on this site may be a tracking number that forwards to a real phone answered personally. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and scheduling purposes, consistent with Missouri law, which does not require the caller's consent for this.

Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages get visited. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't build a personal profile of you, which is why there's no cookie-consent banner here: there's nothing to consent to.
